Hi
I have been stuck on E for 14 hours and I've seen there is a outage in London and surrounding areas and ee still says no issue I'm close to leaving this happens a few times now but this is the longest so far and I'm in Berkshire any help please and no check the status thanks that never tells the truth.

The best option would be to use the Status Checker @Northerner has recommended, and you can see if there are any issues, or report any issues that aren't currently showing. The team will then be able to look into this.
You can also use WiFi Calling to stay connected whie this is happening.

Hi I am having the same issue I've had it since 1am this morning now 5:20pm no help from EE I saw there is a major outage yet ee doesn't report any faults 14 hours being stuck on E airplane mode trick doesn't work and I've turned my phone on and off I have a Samsung galaxy a54 5g

EE coverage map never tells when there is a outage I've been stuck on E for 14 hours and I saw online non ee there has been massive outage around London and surrounding areas nothing on the website

Better to keep all your posts on a topic in the same thread, the posts in other threads have now been merged into this one.
The coverage map provides a prediction of normal service in an area, the status checker is a different tool and provides a search for known issues. I'm not sure where you've seen reports of a "massive outage around London", but that would cause quite a few posts on here if it were true - it might also attract press attention.
