EE Mast Lease Contact

My client owns land which has two EE masts on site. I am looking for a contact to discuss the Lease agreement. Is there an email address or phone number available for the estates department? I note other threads with the same query, though the answer has never been shared publicly. Thanks in advance.

All network radio sites have a notice on the perimeter fence with a contact number for precisely this sort of query.
