Hi All,I came over to EE a month ago and the connection checker has never worked on iPhone 12 or Android A05s ,Does anyone have the same problem,I’m Battersea, London Area

What do you mean by the "connection checker"? And are you using it on your phone itself?
In what way has it never worked - what happens when you use it?

Hi Bristolian Ive been trying to use the connection checker in the Help part on we app with my ee sim in the phone The galaxy A05 and not working from end of December,put the same app in my old iPhone 12 and same thing,says unavailable Just wondering if anyone else wherever they are having same problem,as said in first post I’m in London and don’t know if that matters,Thanks for reply

Does anyone know why the Connection checker has not been working for about 4 weeks, That's the checker in the help checker in the EE App,I'm based London if that makes any difference, Help and advice would be appreciated

Do you have location services turned on for the app?
If so, have you tried removing and reinstalling the app?
