Hi,

I want to know if there is a link to a package that I can buy to boost my service and get at least 4G while I am out at work. The moment I enter the town my service goes and I don’t get service unless I go out to the car park. This is not ideal and I need some service. Can EE boost the service round the area I am or have a package I can buy to get 4G if not 5G

Unfortunately not. EE covers most area but cannot guarantee a service everywhere.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but your question is basically "how can I improve network coverage"?

There are 4 network operators in the UK, all have good and bad areas and there's no such thing as the perfect network who will provide 100% blanket national coverage.

Does the service you receive, broadly match that predicted by the "check coverage" option on the webtool? https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee
