4GEE WiFi Mini - not Working

My 4GEE WiFi Mini appears to have stopped working, I have been unable to use it for around 2 weeks in different UK locations, it appears to have data (when I login to the webpage) but will not connect to the EE network, I have tried removing the battery and SIM but it refuses to work ..

Any ideas ...

The device is a mini wifi box, how do I make chargeable calls on it or send texts etc?  and why would I top up the data when it does not need topping up?

Most mobile routers are able to do SMS. Hence the presence of an SMS LED on it.

I do agree that it is a nonsense to apply this condition to a 12-month SIM 😞 .

I have the sam problem and I think it has been more than 6-9 months since I last used it. Is it possible to reactivate the SIM as I believe I have topped up the account not realising that it may have been disconnected

Hi @Mingles71,

Please get in touch with Customer Care to reactivate your account.

Thanks

James

@Mingles71 : If it's been more than 9 months since you made a chargeable action then you've lost it completely. If it's been less but over 6 months you can still phone CS to reactivate it.
