I have visited Bristol 3-4 times the past month and had zero signal the whole duration of time, only was able to connect to WiFi. As soon as I was by junction 18 M4 my signal was back. Never experienced it in Berkshire or Wiltshire. Strange and quiet annoying.

What does the Network Status Checker report for the area where you were staying?

My mobile is Moto G82  5G but sadly that doesn't come up on the list, post code is BS34 8AZ , I'm not very technical hence why I don't really understand how the coverage would be different on certain phones. Never experienced this anywhere else with the same phone. 😔

We've recently fixed a problem in that area so service should now be restored.

It can also be worthwhile checking if EE appears on a manual network search, as available.
