I've been with ee/bt for years and years and every time I've called (which is rare) recently, whilst speaking to an agent the connection breaks up!!!!!! Which means I can't hear the agent or the agent can't hear me. VERY frustrating as you can imagine. No issues on my side as far as I'm concerned. So if this is a genuine problem with ee/bt this must be address ASAP. Any one else out there with this issue!?
