Hi my son will be calling me from New York do I also get extra charges if I'm not at home to use WiFi and use my mobile dat to receive the call via WhatsApp?

Data gifting not working

I tried gifting data to my daughter for two days but it's not working. I've tried clearing storage, re installing etc. I've sent data to her for a few months now as it's all on my account anyway. Any help would be appreciated.

data boost?

I have mobile and broadband plans with ee but did not get the data boost I was promised. I have just 2gb data a month! Was told i'd get something like 5gb bonus for having broadband.

Charges

I have received a large bill this month which would appear to be due to data roaming fees. Am I correct in thinking that my roaming charges continue even when I’m not abroad?
