5G on Xiaomi POCO F3 - Couldn't enable

I have the international version of POCO F3 and recently switched to EE network, my MI POCO F3 supports 5G connectivity but I don't see my phone connecting to 5G on EE network. What could be the possible reason? How can I enable 5G connectivity on my phone?

@manzarimalik  Are you a contract customer? ( sim only contract perhaps ) and does that contract give you 5G ?   Are you in a 5G area ?  

5G isn’t available to PAYG customers yet.

Yes, I am PAYG customer. Oh alright, I didn't know this. If I go on contract then I will be able to use 5G on my phone?

Just discovered 5G isn't available on PAYG sims, I prefer to pay as you go and my phone fulfils all my needs. I don't want to go on a contract at EE. 5G should have been offered on PAYG sim by now!

1p mobile do have 5G (run by EE) can use it for PAYG
