No letting me top up my data

Every time I go to top my data with credit which it allowed me to add it doesn’t work so, why did it take the money if it doesn’t work.

What happens when you try to do this?

It says a message along the lines of “ sorry something went wrong please try’s agin later” and then I will try again later and it still won’t work I have, gotten into contact over the phone with what happened and managed to top it up but, the message still appears even though it’s been 2 days. Meaning I won’t be able to top up or change my credit in the future if I want to.
