Hello,
I recently purchased the Music Data pass add on as my contract has 125GB of data. This pass states it doesn't use data with apple music yet I'm still using data on it? I use lossless streaming which does consume more data.
Bit confused as the data add on says it won't use any data though?

Hello @MrFryer93.
Please could you send a screenshot of this message so I can look into this further for you.
Apple Music as part of an Inclusive Extra will deduct data from your allowance.
Information on this can be found by visiting this page HERE under the Legal Bit.

Hello Katie,
Thing is I also purchased the separate 'Music Data pass' add on which states it does not use data with apple music and other streaming services.
So I'm a bit confused why the Data is still coming out.

Of course the Music Data Pass uses data & that will show on your mobile's Data Usage. Otherwise how could it possibly operate? The data used for playing music on the specified Content Apps is zero-rated & will not be
deducted from your EE plan's data allowance.

Hi,
So if I understand that correctly, it will still show up as using data but I won't be billed for it? In other words if I wanted to track how much true data I have would I subtract the apple music data away from total data?
Thanks

That's correct! Your phone will show you using data but your EE account data usage won't.
