5G EE Router 2021 and Eufy doorbell not connecting

I have got a Eufy doorbell I want to connect to my 5G EE box. The Homebase is plugged into the Ee box but when I try to connect the doorbell it says it fails. on Eufy it says about 2.4 MHz and 5MHz but I have no clue what this means or how to connect...

5g router 2021 dropping Internet and then not reconnecting

Hi,I’ve got a 5g home broadband 2021 router and it keeps losing internet but doesn’t reconnect automatically.any ideas ?it’s showing 5g and signal strength but won’t connect to the Internet.a reboot gets it back but It’s not a solution
