Hey there I am trying to use my data but nothing seems to be loading.My EE account says that I have 120GB left of my plan but I don’t seem to be able to use this. Is this a general data problem or is this just for my account.Thanks for your help.

Mini wifi router topups

Hi can anyone help me, aside from my mobile phone I have a mini wifi router, the data is running down and I'm trying to add on but can't seem to do it. The page just seems to stick once I press continue?

4g mifi device using abroad

Recently purchased 4gee mifi device was told open to other networks. Can I use it abroad while holiday in Caribbean? If yes, do I need to change any settings or register for it to work? Cheers

@ traveling in the USA

I have 200GB per month 4G EE mobile and will be traveling in the USA, and later in France. Will there be extra charges to use my 200GB beyond my standard monthly payment to EE for service?? Will GBs be used at a faster rate?

4G LTE PAYG Speeds - Upload vs Download

Hi,I have 4g outdoor router. Upload speeds 40-50mb but download only around max 30mb.It almost feels like there is a speed cap at 30mb.I am on a PAYG sim not contract - is this the problem?Thanks
