Hello, I want to upgrade my mobile broadband data limit but can’t find a way to do this on the website. If I select the upgrade option I’m only offered the choice of a new plan with a new device, which I do not want. I can’t find any option for a data only sim or new data package on my existing account. Have wasted a significant amount of time on the website going round in circles - tried live chat but not even connected. Very frustrated and on brink of going back to landline broadband (not with EE!).
