Atrocious mobile WiFi signal in Meols

So got up this morning and wfh only to find signal dropping every 30 seconds despite no problems reported. Totally unacceptable and cannot contact the EE people. So annoyed. Anyone else having problems in Wirral area?

Hi. I just purchased a 4GEE WiFi Mini. How can I set the Parental Controls to Off on this device?This is the only device I have and it doesn't seem to be able to send texts so that is not an option.Regards,Anthony
