You are not alone on this horrific journey and experience.
I have made several complains and calls with numerous agents attempting to fix it.
This is worst contract I’ve pen my signature to and I will forever regret it.
The worst way to spend £50 per month.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having some problems with your service, @itsmeayo. I'd recommend continuing to speak with our technical support team so they can carry on with diagnostic tests with you.
