New 5GEE Router-red light

Hi guys. Got my new router today and it worked brilliantly for several hours but now there is a constant red light where the blue 5G light should be. I've switched it on and off. I've reset it. Nothing works. 

I have an online meeting tomorrow morning before EE customer services open!

Post up a Screenshot of the Admin Page (the Page that appears BEFORE you Login) , then login and post up another Page, Status / Internet. Omit any personal info like Phone Number and or IMEI. 

thanks so much for the reply - a very nice lady from EE spent over an hour trying to fix it to no avail. After she arranged to send me a new router i managed to fix it myself.  I put the SIM into my mobile phone and cancelled the SIM PIN - that fixed it!  weird!
