Hi,haven’t used my 4GEE Wi-Fi in over a year. It has also disappeared off my EE apps, just wondering how I get it working again? Thanks

4gEE smart hub manager

HiI’m trying to access the smart hub manager but the connection just times out. I’ve tried on multiple devices, both wired and Wi-Fi connected to the hub but nothing connects. Any ideas what I’m doing wrong?
