Mobile Broadband router not connecting to internet but has excellent signal

I have an EE 4G mobile broadband router which I use as my main supplier of the internet in my house. It has a pay monthly sim card in it with unlimited data.

It has excellent signal strength and is appearing on all my devices in the house but nothing will connect to the internet through it.  (Phone. Ipad, TV, Laptop, nothing) Whenever you try  to connect it says 'no internet connection'. It was working last week but for the last 4 days I have had no internet due to the device not connecting despite the excellent signal.

I have tried the following:

1. Pressing the reset button inside the device ( no difference)

2. Removing the sim card and restarting (no difference)

I am now out of ideas...... any suggestions or could it be an issue with the mobile router device as it is receiving a signal but just not connecting to the internet?

Thanks

Login to your MBB router at http://192.168.1.1 with username/pwd as "admin"/"admin" or with the admin password found under the battery cover & look for it.
