4g wifi mini

Hi allI’ve just had my 4g wifi mini which says it has a 30m wifi range. I’ve tried using it on my phone and it doesn’t pick up the wifi after 5 metres. So I was wondering if there’s a way of increasing it’s power ?cheers

I have got a payg sim and stuck it in my netgear m2 router, have checked APN settings, but not connecting to internet, do i need to activate the pack first, if yes where do you go to activate it online as cannot find a thing

VPN has stopped working

My VPN has been working fine for over a year through my mobile EE broadband , but has stopped recently. It's been checked from other networks. Has something changed at EE that now blocks it? Thanks for any advice
