Cant see usage on app

Hello I just moved from three to ee but when I login it says make sure you've paid your bill because I was with ee few years ago . Is there any chance that I can see my data usage

Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top.
