Secured, no internet

Just got a 4GEE router but none of my devices are able to connect. I can find the network but can’t actually connect. It let me earlier but said “Connected, no internet” but now it won’t let me connect at all. Any ideas?

Mini hub

EE have sent me a mini hub to use to get broadband when I move home. How does this work when I don't have an EE phone signal at home? Surely EE know that my area does not have mobile reception so why send me a hub?
