Mobile Broadband Router not working even though all green lights are visible

Hello there!

Hope someone can help as I have tried calling EE Technical support and they have got me nowhere.

5G router has all 4 green lights and I have 94 GB left from 120 GB according to the app data usage.

Cannot connect to either an EE WiFi or EE WiFi X network that is showing available.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated

There isn't currently any free EE WiFi access included with EE mobile plans for web browsing, but you can take advantage of our WiFi Coverage Boost service.
