How do I link my 4G smart hub to my account as can’t retrieve the passcode they send to the mobile number as it is in my HUB?.  I have raised the query with EE, but still have no resolution.

It should be on a label on it or under the battery cover or even in the Getting Started Guide.

Usually it's browse to http://192.168.1.1 from a device connected to it & login to it with username/pwd as "admin"/"admin" or with the admin password found on the label.

@LizzyT22 : Most mobile routers are capable of receiving texts. Login to it & look for the SMS section.

Hi,

I have no idea how to log into my mobile router, are you able to advise me how to do that please and I will give it a try.  I seem to remember it opening up a web page the first time I switched it on, but have never found my way back to that page since.

Thank you

Thank you so much, I followed this link and used the password off the back of the HUB and it worked.  I manage to retrieve the text code and was able to link my device to the MYEE account.  Thank you so much for your help and advice with this. Your advice was much better than what EE has given me!!!.
