Hi,
I've had my 4GEE wifi mini hub for a couple of years and it's always worked, wherever I've taken it. However, it didn't work in Croatia a couple of months ago and I'm now concerned that it won't work when I travel to Spain soon.
I'm guessing the problem is that roaming charges now apply???
Does anyone please know how to make sure my hub will work when I'm outside the UK? My mini hub is my only EE product.
Many thanks in hopeful anticipation!!

Does it have a data SIM or a phone SIM with a pack?
When was it that it didn't work in Croatia?

How would I be able to tell whether it's a data SIM or a phone SIM??
It didn't work in Croatia in Oct '23.
Thank you for your time.

What data allocation does it have? How do go about buying more when it runs out?

It doesn't have any data allocation unless I've topped up. So, when the data either is used up or its time expires, I don't have any data available until I buy more.

Sorry, no, that's not buying data. That's just putting credit on it. What do you do next to actually buy data?
