Resolved! Mini Wi-Fi adding credit

I have 30 squids credit to add to my mini Wi-Fi portable but every time I go to cash it in the add on option will not let me add it on ( if that makes sense) tried  for two days now. Anyone else having this problem? Or can direct me

4G Mini wifi

I have been using my 4G mini wifi abroad perfectly for awhile and recently  all the blue lights turns on for a long time when I switch it on and it never goes of to start working
