Hi, I have 4g broadband. The account for this has been billed £1.28 for an extra charge which has increased overall bill by £7.10. The sums don’t add up !
Neither does the fact that this account is only for broadband, no calls, no texts, no oversees etc. No extra data. The sim is in Ee 4g broadband unit. No idea what the £1.28 is for !! Or should I say £7.10 . Can EE check their billing systems ?

@broadbandcat Have you looked at the bill breakdown? You’ll have to call customer services for them to look in to this.
