Just spoken to EE about poor signa between an EVEC  wall mounted EV charger and the EVEC ap so that I can get info of the amount of new charge on the ap between minight and 7am.

Have requested an extra £12 permonth for an additional piece of equipmet to help resolve the problem that only exists in the house and in the garage. If I place my mobile next to the wall mounred EV charger then no problem but not going to do that after midnight.

Broadband signal is excellent otherwise but similar problem via Consumer Unit / Smart Meter and EON.

Can't understand how a colleague has a similar problem but got an extender from his provided FOC.

Not at all impressed with EE Technical Team........

@neilcumbria : Some EE BB plans include WiFi extenders & some don't. Those that don't can buy as an extra

What is the name of the EE BB plan you are on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

@neilcumbria  You could just purchase a WiFi repeater yourself.  Amazon,Argos,Curry’s.   One off payment

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

After being told I had to purcahse a new piece of equipment from EE I will purchase something from Amazon or the like.

I still have my origianl BT Hub that extenders were supplied along with Ethernet Cable FOC but engineer was able to get ride of the Ethernet cables.

As a new customer of EE I'm distguste with their attitude.

As far as I am aware it's the basic broadband package using my oroginal BT Hub which operates well but not in the garage or internally when trying tro access the EVEC ap. Was ok when wall charger was installed prior to Christmans but since then no details of power used. Had a similar problem with Smart Hub and EON  but enginner fixed that eventually.
