When you mention this isn't working, what issues specifically have you noticed here?

Also which model of router are you using?

@quickklik Have you given the router a restart since the issue began? 

Just to clarify is this a 4G mobile router or home broadband? If it is home broadband have you tried texting  HELP to 66033 to run a check for any faults on your line?
