My phone won't connect to EE wifi

Hello,

I recently moved house and got EE WiFi installed at the property. Everything seems to connect fine except my phone.

I have a google pixel 8, it connects to all WiFi s I have tried except for this one. I have tried everything in WiFi settings, including resetting WiFi settings and factory resetting the phone but nothing has resolved this.

Can anyone provide support?

Sometimes older or weaker devices may not be compatible with the default WiFi settings of EE Smart Hubs with their WPA3 Security. Try setting up Compatible WiFi on the router under Advanced > Wireless Settings > Config > Compatible WiFi (it defaults to 2.4 GHz only & WPA2) & connect your problematic 2.4 GHz or WPA2 devices to that. It presents itself as a separate network SSID of the form "MainSSID-Comp".

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
