4GEE Mobile Broadband Firewall

I have a 4GEE Router with Mobile Broadband. This page (https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/phones-and-devices/ee/4gee-home-router#settings-and-updates/enable-or...) suggests that I should be eable to enable/disable the firewall in the Security section of the router configuration page, but I don't seem to have the option to do so (I've attached an image showing my options) - is there a reason I can't see this? Does the 4GEE Router + Mobile Broadband come with a built in Firewall?

The team have advised, the device would have the firewall on as default.

I have the same device and I would like to know if there is anyway to disable the firewall, I have to use a corporate VPN when connected to the internet and this VPN is clashing with the firewall.

This is on as default and unable to be changed. 

If you are unable to access the VPN, please contact our tech gurus to get this looked into.
