Are you abroad right now? If so, are you on Pay Monthly or PAYG?

If Pay Monthly, did you text ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK?

@Kristyvictoria , if on pay as you go, did you use your SIM card before going abroad? If not, then the SIM card will not work until activated in the UK.
