NO SERVICE

Hello, 

I bought a new plan on thursday and I was about to travel and I forgot to text to 150 ROAMING while I was in the Uk . I’m in greece at the moment  and now it says I have no service I cannot call anyone neither can accept calls from anyone / sms etc . I tried to text roaming to 150 now but It won’t let me . Please I have no other way to contact EE, help me pleaseee

Pay monthly contract or PAYG? 

Did you activate the SIM in the UK? (Use it in the UK network).

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

I pay monthly contract , and yes I’ve activated my sim in the uk . I have my number from May.

To get roaming activated after leaving the UK, you would need to get in touch with our mobile care team by calling 07953 966 150 from any other phone. The team will help you get set up 🙂
