Xbox series X gamepass

Hi, I've ordered an xbox series x gaming bundle and the Xbox arrived around three weeks ago, I've not received any texts or anything regarding the gamepass itself. 

I've just phoned EE CS on 150 and the person I spoke to didn't have a clue, so it seems a bit strange and pointless that all the advice on here seems to be to phone customer services, what's the point when they don't have a clue? 

Surely it can't be difficult to look on an account  see that you are entitled to gamepass, the 15 days have passed, and then send out a code if it hasn't done it automatically?

Can this please be resolved without someone telling me to call 150, as I just have, and they had no idea.

Nope, when I click on that link it just says I have nothing to activate.

I don't, I can only see the add-ons that are included with my phone contract. I've bought the Xbox Series X 1TB Console Gaming Bundle as an extra accessory. Recieved the Xbox on the 12th September, not recieved any further texts or anything. I've had to change the inclusive add-on on my partners phone to gamepass so that we're not having to pay for it, but obviously I shouldn't have to as it should be included.

This should show on your phone contract as an add-on if this was purchased on this account. 

Please give us a call on 150 and the team will be able to get this looked into.

Hi, 

It's showing as a tech add-on for £31 a month, but states nothing about what it is.

I've already called 150 and the agent didn't have a clue, the response was literally "I can't do anything on my system, we should fulfill it, but I can't help much more than that, sorry". 

I don't understand why this is so difficult.

You should have the GamePass also showing as an active add-on and received a text to activate this within 14 days @Leeboy93 

Please try calling us again and select technical support to get this looked into.
