Hello
I keep going round in circles here with EE and thought now it best to post my frustration on here to try and get it sorted like the many many others.
I brought the Xbox Series X Console and EE GameCard Bundle | Black for Christmas for my child and I've still not received anything for the game pass or the game card.
I try and go on the web chats and get no response to the issue as it can't deal with it, get told to text gamecard to 150 and get no response. There is no one to talk to.
How am I supposed to get the things I have been paying for please???

Welcome to the EE Community
For the Game Pass head to ee.co.uk/xbox and enter your mobile number and confirm the PIN sent by text. If you have multiple numbers on your account make sure its the one the Xbox is being billed under. After confirming the PIN there should be a page where the Game Pass should show with an activate button and if you click that you should be able to complete setup.
If the Game Pass does not show on that page you will need to give us a call on 150 and speak to our technical team as that means the Game Pass will need to be added by them and once it is you can then complete the setup at ee.co.uk/xbox described above.
For the Gamecard if this has not been received by text please give us a call on 150 as a form will need to be sent to our team who handle the Gamecard to help get this sent out to you.

I've waited 4 weeks, and still have not received my EE Gamecard, phoned last week, woman had no idea what I was on about and constantly passed around. Apparently they double checked my email, and done a form and it should then be sent to me but she cant tell me when? My item was delivered middle of July.
I have text 150, no option for gamecard, I have phoned numerous times and tried love chat and no one is able to help/give me a time frame or let me know where this gamecard is??

I'm sorry that you've had trouble getting your GameCard. It sounds like out team have done what's needed to chase this up so this should come through soon. Did they say how you would receive it once this was resolved?

No, they said they could not give a time frame or tell me how long it would be for me to receive it.

We got off the phone just after lunch time on Thursday. This is when she said she had completed the forms and sent it off.

Hi, I've still not received anything. Is there a time frame on when im supposed to get this? It's becoming silly now, its well over a month since I ordered the console with the gift card.

I'm sorry to hear that you've not yet heard back from out team about your GameCard. I’d recommend getting back in touch with our Guides, who can access your account and check the status of this. They’ll be able to confirm whether the form has been submitted correctly, provide any available updates and escalate this if necessary to ensure it's looked into further.
