Game pass ultimate reduced the price on April 21st, why am I still being charged the 22.99 price?

I am not sure how it is you currently pay for Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, but I would recommend getting in touch with our team to take a look. The Xbox Game Pass Ultimate should be available for £16.99 either as a mobile add-on or via a subscription

I noticed this and got in touch with EE customer service, I got refunded the difference but when i asked if they will charge the correct price of 16.99 I was told that this can not be changed and to cancel my gamepass subscription and buy it via "microsoft". As they refused to adjust the price for the service which they resell this is a clear breach of contract.

I also asked how many people are affected by this overcharge, but they avoided this question. Let's say 1 million people for 6 months have been overcharged ee have profited 6 million 🤔 

Think this needs to be addressed and may BBC watchdog would like to investigate as its a breach of "Consumer Rights Act 2015"

You are correct in all of this except the numbers..

£6 over charge to each customer based on 1 million customers currently subscribed at wrong cost. However if this has been going on for 6 months then we are actually talking £36 million... 

Currently on the phone to EE sorting mine out so can confirm it's absolutely still being overcharged in September.
