Issues receiving game pass from Xbox purchase offer

I purchased an Xbox with £80 gamepass but haven’t received it.

I made the purchase through EE end of August, and they said it could take around 1 month. It’s now almost November and still no gamepass.

Is this wait normal?

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
