Hello,
Recently purchased a Switch 2 bundle which was supposed to include a £50 EE GameCard but it's been nearly a week and still not received.
I can see that alot of people are having this issue. I'm not usually one for chasing things up but how hard is it to send a text with a code on it.

We try to send out your game card as soon as possible, could you try texting EE GameCard to 150 please. You should then receive a digital code, here is some information about Using your EE GameCard

Thank you for getting back to me.
I have tried texting EE GameCard to 150 several times, all I get back is the generic 150 options, no mention of an EE GameCard.
I have spoken to EE Tech support twice, both times they have filled out a form on my behalf to accelerate things but still not received anything.
Spoke to someone today who provided an email address of the partner company that apparently provides the GameCards so I have emailed them today. Not holding my breath though.
Don't know why sending a text containing a code is such a complicated process but hey ho.

I am gutted to hear it's still ongoing after speaking with our customer service team, we try to make the free pass as seamless as possible. I am sorry you are experiencing these issues.
You definitely done the right thing by contacting our guides and its great to hear they have reached out to the relevant teams to get a resolution for you, did they mention any timescales?
Please let me know how you get on after emailing the partner company too.

The first person I spoke to on Tuesday said it could take up to 72 hours but hopefully I would receive a resolution before that.
The person I spoke to today was lovely but didn't really have a clue. She told me to email bhneegaming@waivpay.com and if I hadn't received a response before 4pm to email them again.

Thanks for coming to the community.
Just to check, have you tried texting GameCard to 150? That usually triggers the delivery of the digital card if it hasn’t come through automatically.
If that doesn’t work, I’d recommend reaching out to our Guides, who will be able to look into this further for you.
