XBOX gamepass link not working

I cannot activate my gamepass with the links provided by EE. Is there any other way to do this? I am finding it hard to reach someone who can help me

I'm sorry you're having trouble activating your Gamepass. Is this included as part of your mobile or broadband account?

Hi Lesley, is part of my mobile add on. Had it confirmed it’s on the account and the link doesn’t work even when typed in manually. I have tried talking through the online chat and AI system and the link provided just comes up with an error message. Message below:

Hi from EE. Thanks for adding Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as an Inclusive Extra. Please visit ee.co.uk/xboxto activate it.

ee.co.uk/xbox should take you to a page where it sends you a one time pin to your mobile to begin the activation process. What is the exact error you are getting please?

Hi I am a different person but I seem to be having the same problem. We are experiencing technical problems right now, please try again later.

I kept having the same issue to. I changed browser on my iPhone and it worked first time. Could be worth a try or using a laptop instead etc.

I have received my xbox today and the link has been text over by EE and it doesn't work on the phone and if I use safari or opera browsers both return a 404 error 

nearly £500 on a digital console that I cant use

Hi @Scottrob71, I'm sorry to hear you're having a bit of trouble getting this redeemed. 

If possible can you please give this a try through Chrome or Edge, or from a different device?
