Xbox Series X - Add to Plan / Gamepass

Hi,

I purchased an Xbox Series X as an add to plan, it’s arrived but is supposed to come with 24 months Game Pass Ultimate and a £70 Gamercard. 

I’ve received the console but I’ve heard nothing about the gamepass or the gamercard, is there a delay in receiving these? Or an expected timeframe I should get them?

For the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate it should be available straightaway once you have the Xbox by going to https://ee.co.uk/xbox. Enter the mobile number you added the Xbox to and confirm a PIN, then you should see the Game Pass there with an activate button. Then you will be taken to Microsoft to complete setup.

If you have any issues please try loading the page on data rather than Wi-Fi and on another browser.

The Gamecard information will be sent by text and may take up to 2 working days from receiving your Xbox. If it is not received in that time give us a call on 150 and one of our guides can send a form off for you to help get the Gamecard sent out.

I’ve followed that link and it says that there’s nothing to activate…

slightly confused as it’s definitely the deal with the game pass ultimate

Are you able to check on the EE app in your add-ons if the games pass has been added? It should show as a separate add on and may show as gaming bundle.

Thanks for your help on this, there’s no add ons showing that relate to Xbox game pass or a gaming bundle. Do you think I’ll need to call 150?

Yes, I'd give them a call as it seems to be missing from your account and needs to be there for you to complete the activation. Could it have been added to another number?
