Hi I changed ny plan a few weeks ago to get an xbox game pass included. I've now cancelled my subscription but cannot find the ee gamepass code anywhere I haven't been sent anything. At what point should I be expecting the code?
Also as we had an existing gamepass account if I change over to this ee gamepass account which has a different email does anyone know if I will loose everything I currently have on the xbox? As the kids have ganes they have bought etc but was on an ex partners email. Ee could not answer this question on the phone. So I do not want to change the subscription over if it means loosing all they already have

Hi @Kfran It's great to hear that you've moved to a plan that has the Xbox game pass included.
When you say that you've cancelled your subscription, do you mean that you've cancelled the subscription that you were paying Microsoft for?
