Ps5 remote play using new ee smarthub plus

Hi all,
I've had the new ee full fibre for a few months and since I've had the new router I have had to get my head around port forwarding. I have set up my xbox and philips hue lights with port forwarding rules after sometime so I can use them over 5g away from home. Now just have my ps5 where I can't use the remote play function. I have setup the port forwarding rules sony have said but still can't use my phone to play my ps5 away from home. Has anyone else had the new router and have had the same issues that I am having. I've had it for 3 months now and the EE customer services have said a few times they can't solve it for me as I need to be the one who sets this up

Hi,
I'm having this problem with my "Smart Hub Plus". I cannot connect to my ps5 using mobile data (my phone is also with EE).
Did you ever find a solution for this problem? Thanks.

Hi both,
Never did get this sorted but I think it's something to do with how the ps5 and the router work together. I set all the port forwarding rules for the ps5 in my router and still didn't work. I have an Xbox series x and I managed to get the remote play working on that ut not the ps5. I did see someone else had a issue with their ps portal and access like me within this forum and they provided a work around/setup but have yet to try it
