Game pass problem

I’ve got the Xbox series x bundle it came with 24 months game pass ultimate but I’ve activated the code on the wrong account. Can EE re create a new code next month so I can use it on my account ?

If the code has been activated on the wrong account, if you call us on 150 our mobile guides can take a look at this for you and let you know if the account can be changed.
