I purchased an Xbox series S bundle with 24 month free gamepass ultimate which has been claimed and applied correctly. But I am concerned that I have two listings on my add-ons page for it, both ending in October next year when surely the one that charges monthly should end October this year?
Does this mean I'll be paying for the supposedly "free" gamepass for almost two years when the add to plan deal says 11 months or is it a balls-up in how things are displayed?

If you give us a call on 150, the team can check the add to plan and let you know when this will end for you 🙂
They can raise a support ticket if the EE account is showing incorrectly.
