Xbox game pass ultimate - which price is right?

Hi all. 

I was looking at possible add-ons for my contract and Xbox live gamepass popped up as free. I’m currently subscribed through my Xbox so thought it was an opportunity to save money and added it. You’ll see below it says free. 

however I’ve just had a text from EE telling me I can activate it for £12 a month (as seen below). Which price is correct?

Did you receive the text after activating the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate add-on? 

Does your plan include the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate?

Hi @Leanne_T 

thanks for the response. I haven’t activated it. Just selected it as an add-on for my existing plan as it said it was free then I got the text asking me to complete activation for £12.

If you give us a call on 150 our mobile guides can access your account and let you know if this is included free and the message would not add any charges when activated 🙂
