12 months of xbox gamepass

I just moved from BT to EE, and was told specifically in February that 12 months of gamepass ultimate is included in my package. And ive also received a text and an email saying ive got 12 months included. Yet i just cant activate it on the app or the website.

I go to add it, and it just goes blank and says error. Im seeing so many people with the exact same issue since 2023. What is going on ??

Do you have a mobile or broadband account? Does the Game Pass add-on show active in your EE account?

Hi.

 

I have a broadband account. I’m not sure if it’s activated. It shows up like this.

If this is included in your package and have emails and texts confirming this, I would suggest giving us a call and the team can check the account and help you with Game Pass.
