I received my ps5 and switch on Friday but no gaming voucher was included. I messaged about this and was told that I should get it within 48 hours then told you had to wait the 14 day cooling off period but I could get the voucher quicker if I emailed the right email which I did straight away and heard nothing. Another chat on Saturday for 2 hours then said I would get them within 72 hours they raised and closed a complaint as they said they had sorted the problem. I still have no vouchers and don’t want to waste another 2 hours on chat to sort it

Welcome to the community.
The Gamecard vouchers are send by text/email to the registered number or email address on your account. Have you checked your spam/junk folders for any emails from us about the Gamecard?

Our customer service team should be able to check your account and fill in a 'webform' to an offline team who can look into it further and get the Gamecard sent to you.
I recommend getting back in touch with them to ask for this to be done, if it hasn't already.

I already asked them to do that on Saturday which they did and said the vouchers would be with me within 72 hours. I’ve waited until today so they had 3 working days on top of the weekend.

Since it's been over the 72 hours they mentioned, I recommend getting back in touch with our Mobile Care team so they can chase it up and try to get you the Gamecard as soon as possible.

I will but that’s another 2 hours I’ll have to spend online trying to sort something that shouldn’t be this hard.

I will do that but can you tell me which buttons to press to get to the correct department as this alone takes me 20 minutes to get through and then wait a further hour for an answer. The options given do not take me to the right person.
