Gaming voucher Nintendo and PS5

I received my ps5 and switch on Friday but no gaming voucher was included. I messaged about this and was told that I should get it within 48 hours then told you had to wait the 14 day cooling off period but I could get the voucher quicker if I emailed the right email which I did straight away and heard nothing. Another chat on Saturday for 2 hours then said I would get them within 72 hours they raised and closed a complaint as they said they had sorted the problem. I still have no vouchers and don’t want to waste another 2 hours on chat to sort it

There isn’t an account queries button. I’ve now been in a queue for nearly an hour to try and speak to someone

Hiya I had a voucher with my ps5 and i accidentally brought black oops 6 on Microsoft instead of PlayStation all I want to do is swap it over I’ve  tried to contacting them and they are telling me it’s done online?
