Urgent: Outstanding £125 Voucher from Summer Promotion – No Response for a Year

I am writing to follow up on the unresolved issue regarding the £125 promotional voucher that was promised with the purchase of a PlayStation 5 Slim during your summer sale in June 2024.

 I originally raised this concern via email in October 2024 and also visited your store to seek a resolution in Stratford Store specifically. At the time, I was advised to clear an outstanding balance, which I did promptly. However, I was then offered a £70 voucher significantly less than the £125 that was clearly advertised and agreed upon at the time of purchase.

 Despite my previous communication and compliance with all requests, I have yet to receive the correct voucher or any satisfactory resolution. It has now been over a year since this issue began, and I find it extremely disappointing that such a straightforward matter has still not been resolved.

 I would like a final and immediate resolution to this issue. Kindly ensure that the full £125 voucher, as originally promised, is provided without further delay. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within the next few days, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter through the relevant consumer protection channels.

 Thank you for your attention to this long-overdue matter. I hope to receive your prompt response.
