Good morning everyone, I’ve found an amazing Nintendo gaming bundle on the Black Friday offers for a my son’s Xmas pressie but it says I am not eligible to add it my phone bill 🤷♂️, any ideas please? I don’t want to miss out on this as it’s well within my budget 🫣😬.
Thanks in advance……

Hi @RichT1985,
Welcome to the EE Community
Eligibility for our add to plan option where you pay for a product on your bill is determined by a few factors on your account and not all accounts will be eligible for all add to plan products unfortunately.
However if you are not currently eligible to take an add to plan on your mobile account, we do also offer gaming bundles to buy with interest free credit options, also on offer for Black Friday, such as these ones that may be worth taking a look at Nintendo Games Consoles | EE

Hi @Ady_H101
Thanks for coming to our community.
Which exact bundle were you trying to add to your basket?

Hi
Thanks for replying
It was the switch 2 bundle with pokopia and pokemon z/a

Thanks for confirming that @Ady_H101
It looks like that particular bundle is only available to add to your EE bill on a monthly payment.
Are you logged into your account when you try to add it to your basket?

Thank you for getting back to me
As ive been on payg with ee for a few years im guessing this bundle isnt open to me which is fine.
Better signage for this would be appreciated.

Yes you would need to be a pay monthly customer @Ady_H101
I appreciate your feedback and I'm sorry if this has caused confusion.
